The meeting was attended by 260 people, including members of the Department of Education, Institute for Professional Development, heads of education departments, heads of methodical studies, school directors, rectors of universities, directors of points of conducting UNT.
The plenary session began with a greeting speech of the Head of the Department of Education Zhundubaev M.K., who outlined the main issues to be discussed on the meeting.
Presentations were made by Kusheterova V.R., deputy head of the Department of Education (“Results of the UNT and the problem of the education system to ensure quality preparation for the final assessment in the form of UNT”), Kubekova Z.Zh., deputy head of the office of education of Zhitikara District ("Activities of the Office of Education of Zhitikara district to improve the quality of preparation of secondary school graduates to a single national test"), Zolina T., head of methodical study of Mendykara district ("Activities of the office of education of Mendykara district for methodical support of preparation and holding of UNT"), Raisa P. E., Head of school №10 in Kostanay ("Intraschool management of preparation of students for the final assessment"), Daumova B. B ., Director of the Department of control in the field of education ("The format and technology for the UNT 2012"), Nametov A. M., Rector of KSU ("About the formation of the university student body in higher education").
At the end of meeting, it was decided that the main directions of work of divisions and educational organizations to improve the quality of students’ preparation for the final assessment should be: the provision of conditions aimed at improving the material-technical base of schools, improvement of teaching methods, diagnostic and remedial activities, analysis activities, and improvement of educational psychology service.
