Monitoring of citizens' queries received by 01/02/2012
In the period from January 1 to February 1, 2012 the Department of Education received queries from 38 businesses and individuals, including 13 from individuals and 25 from businesses.
Questions addressed: complaints against the heads of schools, colleges, provision of a venue in kindergartens, transfering college students from commercial to budget groups, the queries to search for students, obtaining certificates, confirmations, employment.
All queries were answered in the fixed period.
