Functions: supervises the organization of education in accordance with its charter and other laws and regulations. Organizes the implementation of state educational standards in conjunction with pedagogical and methodological advice. Approve the work plan and programs. Organizes and develops scientific-methodological and material-technical base of the educational process. Requirements for the participants of the contest:
University degree in teaching and experience of teaching work in educational institutions for at least 5 years.
Knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Kazakhstan Law "On Education", "On the State Enterprise", "On Combating Corruption", "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the state program of education, other regulatory legal acts on education and training of students.

Documents required: an application to participate in the contest with a list of documents attached, a copy of identity, personal form, copies of education certificates, a copy of the document confirming work experience; paper on the passage of a prior medical examination.
