Licensing and Certification
In 2011 the Department of Education examined 41 statements of the legal entity, issued 2 licenses, and 15 applications for licenses, and reissued 3 applications. Due to the discrepancy between the qualification requirements 14 entities were refused to grant licenses and applications for licenses. In accordance with Article 48 paragraph 1 pp.5 of the Law "On Licensing" the Department terminated the license applications and licenses to seven legal entities.
