The competition involves students from secondary schools, boarding schools, education institutions for orphans and children left without parental care, remedial education organizations? institutions of technical and vocational education.
The competition will be held in two stages.
The first stage of the competition will start from 6 to 24 February 2012 with the participation of local government offices of education offices of districts and towns with divisions (departments) of emergencies.
The second stage of the competition is conducted by correspondence, from 5 to March 12, 2012. Materials of the winners of the first stage of the competition will be sent to the Department of Education and the Department of Emergency Management.
Summing up of the regional competition of children's creativity will be carried out by the committee composed of the representatives of the Department of Education, Department of Emergency Management, volunteer fire community, mass media, art studio executives, school teachers, artists, veterans of the fire service.
